Hair and nails health

Hair health concerns:

Heredity, lack of hormones and aging are all factors contributing to hair loss. Some scientists believe the body’s immune system mistakes hair follicles for foreign tissue and attacks them, but most researchers have yet to determine the exact cause of hair loss. Others suspect a genetic component. A more prevalent and less dramatic type of hair loss is androgenetic alopecia, or male pattern baldness. It is rather common in men. In women, this same type of hair loss condition mostly occurs after menopause, but it is not usually as extensive. Other factors that promote hair loss include poor circulation, acute illness, surgery, exposure to radiation, skin disease, sudden weight loss, high fever, iron deficiency, diabetes, thyroid disease, drugs, especially those used in chemotherapy, stress, poor diet and vitamin deficiencies.
Some recommendations:

Use all-natural hair care products and pH-balanced formulas, alternating among several.
Avoid treating hair and scalp roughly.
Take vitamins for hair such as SynerG Supplements Marine Collagen, SynerG Supplements Whey or Vegan Protein, Herbs Etc ChlorOxygen, supplemental biotin or eat foods high in biotin such as brown rice, green peas, lentils, oats, sunflower seeds, and walnuts.
