Return to a New Reality

It has been over a year that collectively, nobody has gathered to celebrate, to go to restaurants, to the theater, to shows, to festivals and very few have stayed in a hotel and those who did, probably didn’t enjoy it the same way! Not to mention traveling outside the country, all this has caused a lot of stress, disappointments, and sadness since there was also the loss of loved ones, and the list goes on.

So may I invite you to take a deep breath or two, because we are emotionally charged. We’ve all had cycles of anxiety, even depression, who isn’t completely fed up!? The hope for a comeback is omnipresent with probably some behavioral changes that will be part of our “new reality” especially during the flu season.

In relation to everything that we hear about the vaccination, emotions are high. We need to take a deep breath and see the calm on the horizon. Let’s learn to be more peaceful in the face of these exceptionally rare challenges.

Whether it’s for work, for those around us, or for the good of society, we sometimes choose to be vaccinated. There are also people who have already got the vaccine, and who may be experiencing some anxiety about their choice and may have concerns about the future.

Vaccination

The vaccine introduces an organism to establish cellular immunity at the memory level. This immunity is related to protective antibodies and the relationship of cell mediation and is set up from immunological memory with our white blood cells.

In relation to the RNA vaccine, these are the vaccines of the future because there is no adjuvant in them, making them far less toxic vaccines than those we are all familiar with. On the other hand, it is also very new, and we do not know the long-term effects.

Every person’s immune system is unique, and many responses to infections or vaccines cannot be predicted by monitoring measurable parameters such as age, gender, and ethnicity.

According to Hans Seyle, a Quebec physician, founder and director of the Institute of Experimental Medicine and Surgery at the University of Montreal and a pioneer in stress studies, said stress kills immunity. Seyle advocates the following theory: Stress plays a role in every disease. Failure to recognize and control stressors can produce an adaptation disease that manifests itself differently depending on individual physiological weaknesses.

This is the notion of the terrain. For the same stress, or the same exposure to toxins, each one of us will respond to this differently. One will have insomnia, the other will have digestive problems, or anxiety. When it is fleeting, we adapt, but in the long term, the immune system takes a hit, and we go into exhaustion.

Numerous studies have proven that restoring the function of the immune system is a prerequisite for successful treatment of various diseases.

Support Solutions

I recommend taking Immunomed in order to strengthen your immune system.

This modulates and strengthens the thymus, which is the seat where the immune system originates.

Another suggested product is Cell-A-Vie which will support the bone marrow.

When we choose to be vaccinated, the nervous system kicks in and works overtime.

What if reactions are felt before or after? Prevention is the key here. Here’s how: Calm down (meditations, visualization, etc.), refocus, lower your level of anxiety, reduce your fears and worries, work on the modulation of your immune system and take an anti-inflammatory support.

The Vaccin-Aide formula is a homeopathic formula recommended for preventing and relieving symptoms that may occur during vaccination such as apprehension, fear of injections, fever, arm pain, skin rashes. It also prevents psychogenic reactions to the injection.

Composition: Echinacea 10x, gelsenium sempervirens 10x, Ledum palustre 10x, silicea 10x, thuja occidentallis 10x, 14x, 18x.

Dosage from 0 years old. (1 to 3 sprays, 3 times a day)

The important ingredient in this formula, is Thuja. This will slow down cellular exchanges, have an action on reticula-endothelial tissues, immune disruption, obsessions, depression, hyper emotivity, worries, nervousness, irritability, fixed ideas. So very indicated for disorders after vaccination near or far.

Gelsenium will help fight fever, depression, congestion of the nervous centers, temporary or chronic depression, excitability, stage fright, emotionality, psychological ordeal, stiffness, emotional disorders or the apprehension and anticipation of unusual hardship.

Ledum will fight acute or chronic inflammation of joints and connective tissues, bruises, black or blue / green spots, stinging, swelling.

Start taking Vaccin-Aide a week or two before the vaccination and continue two to three months afterwards. Start again with the second dose.

Zen is the keyword here.

To your good health!
