Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (veg), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Recommended Dose: Adults take 1-2 tablets at or before bedtime or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Recommended Use: Used as a sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness. Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you are taking any medications or are being treated for any diseases or health conditions.
