Depending on the circumstances, a full refund, store credit, or exchange may be authorized. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when Syner G Supplements has made an error in preparing or shipping the order. In such cases, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Syner G Supplements is committed to optimizing the packaging of your products in order to better protect them while using smaller parcels whenever possible to help minimize shipping costs. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day when products are in stock. Delivery times then vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. We use Canada Post and other courier services to ship orders to the address you provide. If you would like a signature upon delivery, additional fees will apply; please mention this in the order notes when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

We ship within Canada, to the United States and internationally.

Shipping Within Canada

For deliveries within Canada, delivery times may range from 2 to 15 business days when merchandise is in stock, starting from the date the parcel is shipped.

Shipping is free within Canada on orders of $75.00 or more before taxes.

For orders under $75.00 before taxes, the following flat shipping rates apply:

$12.00 + taxes: Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
$15.00 + taxes: Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Alberta and British Columbia.
$18.00 + taxes: Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

Certain remote areas may also be subject to a flat shipping rate of $18.00 + taxes. The applicable regions are determined according to the postal code and current shipping criteria. The shipping rate corresponding to the delivery address is displayed in the cart and during checkout.

Customers may also select Canada Post shipping services, when available for their destination, directly from the options offered in the cart. The cost of these services is calculated according to the destination and the characteristics of the shipment.

United States and International Shipping

Please allow approximately 10 to 15 business days or more for delivery, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and the time required for customs processing. For international parcels shipped by surface mail, delivery may take approximately 1 to 3 months.

Shipping costs are calculated by our system using Canada Post rates based on the dimensions, weight and destination of the parcel. The rate displayed at checkout may occasionally differ from the final rate calculated by Canada Post when the parcel is prepared for shipment. If the amount charged for shipping is higher than the actual shipping cost, Syner G Supplements may refund the applicable difference through the original payment method. In rare cases, handling fees may apply.

Syner G Supplements ships to Canada, the United States and international destinations. For all U.S. and international orders, a customs declaration identifying the contents of the parcel will be attached as required by law.

Because regulations concerning vitamins, natural health products and supplements vary from one country to another, customers are responsible for verifying whether the products they order may legally be imported into their destination country. If a parcel is detained or seized by customs, a refund can only be issued if the parcel is returned to Syner G Supplements.

The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. When tracking is available, the customer will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

Price Policy

Where currency conversion is required, the customer’s financial institution or credit-card provider may apply its own exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. Shipping costs and applicable taxes, where required, will also be included in the total amount charged.
