Bioidentical progesterone has been shown to restore the hormonal balance so important to the health of women of all ages,
from puberty to menopause. Progesterone cream has been used in the United States for three decades to relieve premenstrual
syndrome, address infertility issues, control endometriosis and fibroids, and more. Progesterone plays a particularly important
role in helping premenopausal women avoid estrogen dominance which can lead to all sorts of adverse health consequences.
Progesterone is also known for its role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.

Instructions for use Each squirt yields
1ml of cream (1/4 teaspoon) and contains 20 mg of progesterone. It takes one squirt (20 mg of progesterone) to get the physiological dose recommended by Dr. John Lee. The application schedule for women with a menstrual cycle is usually from the 12th to the 26th day of the cycle. Half a slow
press of the pump will dispense more cream than a quick press. To ensure you have the required amount of cream (1/4 teaspoon to obtain 20 mg of progesterone per application) you can use a kitchen measuring spoon. The application schedule is different for women suffering from fibroids or endometriosis. It is suggested to double the dose in the first month. For postmenopausal women, apply three weeks per month. When starting use, Dr. John Lee suggests doubling the usual dose and not taking a break for two or three months. Apply alternately to different areas of the body where the skin is thin (upper chest, neck, inside of the arms, legs, ankles).
