My son has been using this product for 3 months now since he was pre-diagnosed with ADHD and was not concentrating at school. The first few days he needed to get used to swallowing the capsules but he mastered that very quickly. The first effectiveness noted was within the first 3 days. Then with 2 weeks he was completely settled. What I like most about this product is that it didn’t dim his energetic, spontaneous character but it balanced it and improved his concentration!!!
I do t suffer from anxiety but am someone that has just returned to school for a career change as a mature student.
